Domus Martinae was created within our family villa, in the heart of Casal Palocco, an elegant residential neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, perfectly located between the city of Rome and the seaside of Ostia.
We designed this apartment to offer exactly what we would look for when travelling ourselves: generous space, comfort, tranquillity and the reassuring feeling of being welcomed with genuine care and discretion.

During your stay you will have the opportunity to taste fresh homemade pasta and traditional Roman dishes, prepared with care and passion. Meals can be served in a cozy dining area of the villa or directly in your apartment, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed and authentic dining experience.
Our menu is inspired by traditional Roman cuisine, with dishes prepared using carefully selected ingredients, many of which come from certified organic farming.

If you love Italian food or want to learn something new during your trip, you can also join our pasta making experience.
We will guide you step by step in preparing fresh handmade pasta, teaching you the techniques used in Italian home cooking. At the end of the experience you will enjoy the dish you prepared, served with a delicious traditional sauce.
This is a fun and authentic experience for couples, families or small groups who want to discover the secrets of Italian cuisine.
